林雪导游人实在是太好了，这个团里面挑剔的客人特别多，有几个人简直是无理取闹欺负人，可是林导一直是陪着笑脸，尽职尽责，很为游客着想。很怕碰到不好的导游毁了旅行，没想到这次导游这么好，却是同行的旅客太烦人了。

住宿很不错，都是四星级（除了一家Hotel Panda不太像四星级） 酒店的早餐丰富，团餐上菜速度迅速，味道不错，就是再多点就好了。王导人很友好，服务热情周到，有责任心，处理问题灵活，时间控制很好，没有因为等人浪费时间。布达佩斯的陈导？，语言风趣，对景点的描述详细 观点独到。司机也很友好。总的来说很满意。下次还会考虑报yuutours北欧的团。
